How old does my child need to be to train at Beast Speed?
The minimum age requirement is 8 as we do offer Beginner Strength classes for younger athletes. We do require, however, that the athlete be mentally and emotionally mature enough to be able to focus and follow directions for a full class.
How long are classes?
The time slot for each class is 60 minutes long, however, depending on the day some athletes may finish earlier so we always tell people to plan for 45-60 minutes. Speed classes can vary in length depending on who is in the class and how many athletes are in the class. The acceleration speed program has a few higher intensity workouts that are typically shorter in duration at around 35 minutes.
What happens if we miss a workout?
Re-scheduling is available if a workout is missed. We highly recommend attending scheduled sessions to avoid a decrease in the effectiveness of the program.
Can we roll it over to the following week?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow clients to roll over missed sessions, as it would impact the protocol and programming.
Can we pause our membership if we go on vacation?
Unfortunately, we cannot pause the contract for vacation. A modified protocol will be provided.
Can we pause our membership if we are sick?
Yes, your contract can be paused for medical causes. (Verification may be required)
Can we switch memberships during a contract?
Yes, we do allow changes to memberships during a contract as long as you are moving to a more frequent (2x to 3x) or longer (3-months to 6 months, 6-month to 12-months) membership.
Memberships?
A 30-day cancellation notice policy prior to the next billing date. If you wish to not be billed in a certain month, then your membership MUST be canceled 30 days prior to that billing date
Private Sessions and Appointments?
All cancellations or schedule changes must be made 24 hours prior to starting time. Payment is required at the time of booking, even when booked by Beast Speed staff. For your convenience, we can securely store payment information in your account. Athletes will be charged the full amount of the session for no-shows and late cancellations.
Refunds?
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with all purchases and services.
