TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to the BEAST SPEED Program. By enrolling in our training programs, attending sessions, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Program Participation

The BEAST SPEED Program provides athletic training services designed for youth athletes ages 12–18. Participation in our training programs requires completion of all registration forms, waivers, and payment agreements prior to attending sessions.

Athletes must follow all training instructions, safety rules, and facility guidelines provided by coaches and staff.

2. Health & Safety

Participation in athletic training involves physical activity and inherent risk of injury. By enrolling in the program, participants and parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these risks.

Participants confirm that:

  • The athlete is physically capable of participating in athletic training

  • Any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations have been disclosed prior to participation

  • Coaches should be informed immediately of any pain, discomfort, or injury

BEAST SPEED reserves the right to limit or suspend participation if an athlete’s health or safety may be at risk.

3. Membership & Payments

Memberships and training packages must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment schedule.

Payment terms include:

  • Monthly memberships are auto renewed unless canceled

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

  • Late payments may result in suspension of training privileges

All pricing and membership terms are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

Training sessions operate on a scheduled basis.

Participants agree that:

  • Athletes should arrive on time and prepared for training

  • Missed sessions may not always be rescheduled

  • BEAST SPEED may adjust schedules due to holidays, facility needs, or unforeseen circumstances

5. Code of Conduct

BEAST SPEED maintains a positive and respectful training environment.

Athletes and parents must:

  • Show respect to coaches, staff, and other athletes

  • Follow all facility rules and safety protocols

  • Avoid disruptive or inappropriate behavior

BEAST SPEED reserves the right to remove or terminate membership if conduct violates program standards.

6. Media Release

By participating in the BEAST SPEED Program, participants grant permission for photographs, videos, and promotional content to be used for marketing, social media, and educational purposes unless written notice is provided to opt out.

7. Limitation of Liability

BEAST SPEED, its coaches, staff, and partners shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damages that occur during training sessions or while using program facilities, except where required by law.

Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Participants may cancel memberships according to the membership agreement terms.

BEAST SPEED reserves the right to terminate membership if:

  • Terms of service are violated

  • Payments are not completed

  • Behavior disrupts the safety or environment of the program

9. Changes to Terms

BEAST SPEED reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted and effective immediately upon publication.
