CREATED BEAST SPEED

Coach Mo created Beast Speed after seeing talented athletes struggle because they lacked proper speed development, movement training, confidence, and structure. Many programs focused only on conditioning, but not on teaching athletes how to move efficiently and perform at game speed.

Beast Speed was built to help athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive, and more durable through professional-level performance training.

The History Behind Beast Speed

Beast Speed started with a mission to provide elite athletic development for athletes of all levels — youth, high school, college, and professional athletes. The program was built from years of studying speed, strength, recovery, injury prevention, and sports performance.

Over time, Beast Speed expanded into combine training, team training, post-rehab performance, and off-season athlete development.
