POST-REHAB PERFORMANCE 101 PROGRAM
The Bridge Between Rehab and Game Performance
Being cleared from rehab does not always mean an athlete is fully ready to return to competition. Many athletes are pain-free, but still need to rebuild strength, movement quality, speed, confidence, and game-readiness before they can safely perform at a high level. That gap is where hesitation, poor movement, and re-injury often happen.
At Beast Speed, we close that gap.
Our Post-Rehab Performance Program is designed to help athletes transition from rehabilitation into structured, sport-focused performance training. We rebuild the physical and mental tools athletes need to return stronger, move better, and compete with confidence.
Don’t just return. Return stronger.
OUR PROGRAM
-
This program is built for athletes returning from lower-body injuries, including:
ACL injuries
MCL injuries
Meniscus injuries
Hamstring strains
Quad strains
Calf injuries
Ankle injuries
Whether an athlete is just released from rehab or needs guided progression before returning to full competition, Beast Speed provides the next step.
-
Rehabilitation is designed to reduce pain, restore range of motion, and rebuild basic function. But sports demand much more than that.
Athletes must be able to:
Accelerate with confidence
Decelerate under control
Change direction safely
Move laterally with balance and power
Perform explosive movements at game speed
Trust their body again under pressure
Without a structured bridge from rehab to performance, athletes often return too soon and remain vulnerable to setbacks and re-injury
-
Most programs either stop at rehab or rush athletes back into regular training too fast.
Beast Speed is different because we focus on the full comeback process. We don’t just train athletes once the pain is gone. We rebuild movement, restore confidence, correct weak links, and prepare athletes for the real physical demands of sport.
At Beast Speed, athletes get:
A structured return-to-performance system
Hands-on coaching and progression
Strength, speed, and agility development
Movement quality and injury-risk awareness
Confidence-building through controlled progression
Training that prepares them for game-speed performance
We do not just help athletes come back.
We help them come back better. -
Movement Quality
We assess and rebuild the way athletes move so they can perform with better balance, control, and efficiency.
Strength Development
We target lower-body strength, stability, and muscular balance to rebuild the foundation for performance.
Speed & Running Mechanics
We restore proper acceleration, stride mechanics, and linear movement so athletes can run with confidence again.
Agility & Change of Direction
We train cutting, lateral movement, deceleration, and body control to prepare athletes for sport-specific demands.
Neuromuscular Control
We improve balance, reaction, coordination, and proprioception so the athlete can move with confidence under pressure.
Return-to-Play Progression
We guide the athlete through a safe progression from controlled training to game-speed readiness.
-
1. Initial Assessment
Every athlete begins with a post-rehab performance assessment that may include:
Movement screening
Strength and stability review
Mobility and flexibility check
Balance and control evaluation
Injury history and rehab release review
Identification of weak links and asymmetries
2. Individualized Training Plan
Based on the assessment, we create a progression plan tailored to the athlete’s injury, sport, and current readiness level.
3. Progressive Performance Training
Athletes move through structured sessions focused on:
Strength rebuilding
Mobility and stability
Speed mechanics
Agility and change of direction
Controlled explosive movement
Return-to-play confidence
4. Ongoing Monitoring
We track progress, adjust the plan as needed, and make sure the athlete continues moving toward full performance without being rushed.

For Athletes
This is where your comeback gets real.
If you’ve been through rehab, you already know how hard the recovery process is. Beast Speed helps you take the next step by rebuilding the parts of performance rehab doesn’t fully cover — speed, explosiveness, cutting, confidence, and game movement.
You are not just trying to get back on the field.
You are trying to come back stronger.
