TEAM PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM

Beast Speed School Partnership Program is designed to provide schools with a structured athletic performance training system that enhances student-athlete development, improves team performance, and promotes overall health and fitness.

Through this partnership, schools gain access to a professional speed, agility, and performance training program that supports athletes across multiple sports including:

Our program integrates sports science, performance testing, and elite training protocols to develop faster, stronger, and more resilient athletes.

PARTNERSHIP SESSIONS

Each Beast Speed Acceleration Program runs for 12 weeks, structured in progressive phases.

Typical training frequency:

  • 1-2–3 sessions per week

  • 60–75 minutes per session
