ACCELERATION PROGRAM

  • The Acceleration Speed Training (AST) program is for youth, teen, collegiate, and pro athletes who are wanting to perform at the max. We use small-groups to develop speed, power, agility, stamina and lower body strength to their maximum possible level.

    Beast Speed at key components include: Technology for developing speed and running efficiency, plyometrics for improving movement skills, foot speed, agility, and stability; strength work for explosive speed, injury prevention, and power; and sport-specific skills designed to help athletes move better and more efficiently during competition. All athletes are tested at the beginning of a training program to assess symmetry and areas for improvement, and at the end to measure results. With the latest in scientific research and development, our programs have been proven to affect significantly in each performance area.
