SUMMER PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM

This summer, Beast Speed is creating an elite training environment for athletes who are serious about improving their performance and gaining a competitive edge in their sport. Our Summer Performance Program is designed to help middle school, high school, college, and developing athletes become faster, stronger, more explosive, and more efficient in game situations.

Athletes will train through a structured performance system focused on speed development, agility, strength, conditioning, movement efficiency, recovery, and injury prevention. Every session is built with purpose and progression to help athletes improve how they move, perform, and compete on the field or court.

Our goal is not just to run workouts — it is to develop complete athletes through high-level coaching, competitive training, and real performance development. Beast Speed combines speed mechanics, explosive power training, conditioning, mobility, recovery, and nutrition education to help athletes maximize their athletic potential throughout the summer.
